In partnership with SY Police, Stocksbridge Town Council, SCC and landowners, organise a charity fun-run and race around Bolsterstone during 2004

Continue to organise and run a Bolsterstone Christmas Fayre (Update - Successfully carried out in ‘02/’03/’04/’05/’06/

Bolsterstone Community Group continue to support and enable volunteers to pursue their ideas for new activities in the village

Continue to consider means of providing access to local produce, facilities etc

i. Present the results of the village appraisal to the Village Retail Shop Association (VIRSA), who will recommend a way forward.
ii. In full consultation with the village consider pursuing their recommendations and/or other ideas such as a small scale farmers’ market (Update -we continue to look for opportunities to make services and goods more accessible. July ‘06 - Allotment rented from Broomhead and clearing began. Management Plan agreed Sept. ‘06 and work continues up to present date)
